Your trainer and your nutritionist.

Prime writes your training and your food around the body you have and the goal you picked — then reads your week back and adjusts both, the way a coach would. On iPhone and Android.

Coaching

A plan that keeps up with you.

Most apps hand you a plan and leave you to it. The part that makes coaching work is the review afterwards, so that is the part Prime is built around.

  • Training

A week built around your days

Tell Prime which days you train, how long you have, where you train and what you want to work on. It builds the week from that — session by session, exercise by exercise, with loads that scale to your bodyweight and your experience.

  • Nutrition

    Targets that come from equations

Your calories are Mifflin-St Jeor plus what your movement and your sessions actually cost, and your macros come from your goal. Training days and rest days get their own plate, because a rest day is not the same food scaled down.

  • Every week

    It reads the week back

A trainer looks at what you managed before deciding what comes next. Prime does the same: at the end of each week it compares what was planned against what you logged and weighed, and either holds the plan or changes it.

Capabilities

Everything Prime looks after.

The training, the food, the figures your phone already collects, and the small daily business of logging any of it.

  • Sessions

    The whole plan, browsable

Your plan runs in weeks from the day you sign up, and every day of it can be opened before you get there. Swap a lift or a dish on any day and only the difference is stored, so going back to the original is one tap.

  • Exercises

    More than 850 movements

Each one with its equipment, the muscles it works and step-by-step instructions. Search the library, or swap the lift Prime prescribed for another that trains the same pattern.

  • Targets

    Numbers you can trace

Every figure on screen can be followed back to the study it came from — the pace bands, the step goal, the macro splits and the sleep ranges are all published guidelines, kept as data rather than hard-coded.

  • Meals

    Your own dishes, saved

As many meals a day as you asked for, each one budgeted out of the day's real targets. Name a dish you cook often and it goes in your library, figures attached, ready to drop into a slot.

  • Logging

Three ways to log a meal

Type it, scan the barcode on the packet, or point the camera at the plate. Anything you eat off-plan counts too — a diary that only shows the meals you were told to eat is a diary nobody believes.

  • Vision

    Photograph the plate

Take a picture of what you are about to eat and Apex reads the macros off it, so a meal you did not cook and cannot weigh still lands in the day with figures against it.

  • AI

    Powered by Apex

The same models behind our AI assistant do the reading and the reasoning here — what is in a photograph of a plate, and what a week of your figures says about next week's plan.

  • Sync

Your plan on your next phone

Prime works entirely offline and keeps everything on the device. Sign in with a Kiwyi account and your plan and your log follow you — to a new phone, or across the two you carry.

A closer look

Four screens, and one of them is today.

The day you are in, the plan behind it, the food against it, and any date you want to look back at.

Health & devices

It reads what your watch already knows.

Steps, sleep and the energy you burned are figures your phone and your watch are recording anyway. Prime asks for them rather than asking you to type them.

  • Apple Health and Health Connect

Steps, sleep and active energy come from the platform's own store, so there is one source of truth and no second app to keep in step.

  • iPhone and Android

One app on both, built as one codebase rather than a port — so a feature lands on the two platforms at once and neither is the afterthought.

  • Reminders that know the plan

A notification before a meal, before a session, and on the mornings you weigh in. Turn them off and nothing else changes.

Every category is opt-in and asked for separately, and nothing is required — type a figure yourself and Prime keeps that one instead. A night your watch measured is never overwritten by a recollection.

Setup

A few questions, and then a plan.

Prime cannot write a plan without knowing who it is for, so setup asks — once, step by step, and it remembers where you were if you put the phone down.

  • Your goal

Lose fat, build muscle, train for endurance or simply feel healthier — and whether you want the training half, the food half, or both.

  • Your measurements

Age, sex, height and weight, in metric or imperial. Nothing is pre-filled: an answer you did not give is left empty rather than guessed at.

  • How much you move

How active your days are, how many steps you usually walk, and how you sleep — which is what separates a desk job from one on your feet.

  • How you train

Which days, how long a session, at home or in a gym, at what time of day, and how long you have been at it.

  • How you eat

How you like to eat, how many meals a day, how long you want to spend cooking, and anything you are allergic to.

  • How fast

Steady, balanced or push. Prime shows you the resting metabolism, the movement and the sessions behind the number before you pick.

All of it is stored in the app's own database, on your phone. Prime signs nobody up and needs no account to work: a Kiwyi account is what you add if you want your plan on more than one device, and until you do, none of these answers leave the phone you gave them to.
